Nude was Ireland’s first healthy fast food chain—clean food with a dirty mind. With seven prime units across Dublin’s business and retail districts, Nude was GM free, sold only Fairtrade coffee, and sourced local organic wherever possible, and built a cult following fast. The brand flipped the script on the brown rice and tofu image of ethical food but giving it a pop appeal. It was a design system that didn’t preach, just played. Packaging so fresh it won at the Institute of Designers in Ireland.
