Maris, based in London’s Bankside, is a leader in workplace design and strategy—offering expertise across interiors, fit-outs, construction, and project management. The firm delivered more than 1,900 projects for clients from Octopus, to Uber. Tight-knit teamwork drive their success and my role focused on tender design—producing compelling bid documents, floor plans, internal marketing, and photography and design for HR events. Clear communication and fast-paced collaboration were essential, contributing to a consistently high win rate across major pitches.
